Sundance is an amazing company. I had a lot of issues with past management companies and my friend spoke extremely highly of this company so I switched and they are amazing. Alisha maintained excellent communication which is a must when you're out of state. They made it a breeze being a homeowner, they took care of everything and would promptly inform me of any issues. My home was rarely ever vacant between tenants and they always had good quality tenants in my home unlike some of the other companies in the area. It was very stressful renting my home from abroad until Sundance took over. Thank you Alisha and Sundance Rental Management for your great service and care you took with my property you treated my home as if it were yours.

When I needed a new place due to having bad neighbors, they were prompt in showing places as well as the application process. They were also very understanding when I had to move to Virginia. Kaylan is an excellent property manager!

I'm a single dad and had to wait until almost the last minute to be able to find a place because I was backed up with work and couldn't take any days off. I am very happy that it didn't take months to move and to be accepted. Kaylan and Lori's professionalism is outstanding and amazing. They both were very caring, respectful, hard-working, and fast. My children and I have been cramped up in a small apartment in not a nice neighborhood or decent neighbors. From the beginning I have been very impressed with Sundance. I began buying rental properties in 2012. I started using Sundance to manage my properties as I was in the military and often gone most of the year. Even while I was gone, the communication was impeccable. I'm a very hands-on type of person and they stayed in close contact with me via email to make sure I felt comfortable with what was happening. I've worked with several of their managers over the years and they are all easy to work with, professional and hard-working. If you are lucky enough to have Ashley Williamson as your property manager, then you will never have to worry about your property! I cannot say enough good things about this lady! She helped me anytime I needed it, she was always available & bent over backwards to help me no matter what time of day it was. If I could give 10 stars to her then I would!

I can not say enough great things about Sundance and their team. We are a military family that moved from Navarre back in 2010 and our property there has been a rental ever since. Susan started as the property manager and Ashley took over when Susan moved to a different role. They have kept us in the loop about all repairs and anything they feel we need to know. Our house has never sat empty thanks to this amazing team. I feel that they have been extremely fair to all of our tenants while still working for us, the homeowner. Our home is getting ready to be listed for sale, but I would highly recommend Sundance to manage a property.
