We do NOT buy or sell real estate. Property Management is our only business. Through our services we strive to make property ownership a more profitable and less stressful endeavor.
* Sundance Rental Management, Inc. has offered property management to the Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We offer comprehensive property management service including regular maintenance, rent collection and bookkeeping, and leasing and tenant screening. Most of our Owners are paid electronically to their bank accounts each month and accounting statements are mailed, or e-mailed, making bookkeeping for that purpose easier.
