Matt started his career as a builder/contractor with his own home improvement maintenance company for 16 years. He left the contracting business over 25 years ago to help his wife with her growing property management business and quickly received his real estate broker's license. As partners specializing in residential property management  their business has continued to grow to a staff of 13.

Pam is a native of Fort Walton Beach and grew up in a real estate family. In 1977, following college, Pam received her Real Estate License and went to work in her Father's Real Estate Business. She began managing a few properties for out of state owners and quickly moved from sales to full time professional property management as more and more properties were referred to her from owners and other sales associates. Pam has a GRI designation and was Realtor Associate of the year and has been recognized as a leader in her profession. Pam and her husband, Matt, are the Owners of Sundance Rental Management, Inc., which currently manages over 1,000 long term residential properties.

 
Account Manager-Karen

Karen moved to Niceville in the mid 1990's after her husband received
orders at Eglin Air Force Base. Shortly thereafter, she started working at
Sundance Rental Management, Inc. as a receptionist. In 1999 Karen was promoted
to Account Manager. She enjoys working for Sundance and hopes to continue to be
part of this organization for many years to come as it continues to grow
successfully.

Assistant Account Manager- Lisa

Lisa came to the area in the mid 1990's after her family got stationed
to Eglin Air Force Base. After graduating from Niceville Senior High School,
she got her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Florida State University.  She
then went on to get her Master's degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Human Resourcing from American InterContinental University.
She is currently working for Sundance Rental Management, Inc. in their
Accounting Department.

Susan is a Fort Walton Beach native and the Daughter of owners Matt and Pam Scheel. She is currently finishing her Degree from the University of West Florida in Public Relations and is a Liscensed REALTOR. Susan has always had a strong interest in the Real Estate Market and was able to purchase her very first investment property at the age of twenty-one. Susan is looking forward to building relationships with the community and has started by joining the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce. Susan is motivated to continue her parent’s excellence of 35 years in the Property Management Business and service to the community.

Blake Graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Professional Studies majoring in Recreation, Resort, and Hospitality Management. Blake spent eight years in the restaurant business, four in Panama City and four in Pensacola. Blake, being the first male property manager at Sundance, says he enjoys operations and hopes to be with the corporation for years to come.

Property Manager - Catherine
Niceville, Valpariso and Crestview

Catherine has been a local resident of Fort Walton for over 22 years. She has a background in Accounting and received her degree from Northwest Florida State College in 2009. She has recently been promoted to manage the Niceville, Valpariso, and Crestview areas.

Property Manager-Stevie
Okaloosa Island, Destin, SanDestin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Seagrove Beach and Freeport

Stevie is a native to the Northwest Florida area, and graduated from Choctawhatchee High School. She has been with Sundance Rental Management since December 2006. Stevie is a licensed CAM manager and looks forward to a thriving future with the company.



Property Manager-Kim
Fort Walton Beach

Kim has been a resident of Fort Walton Beach for over 15 years and graduated from Ft. Walton Beach High School. She is currently seeking her Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing and will graduate this spring from the University of West Florida. She is also working to obtain her real estate license early next year. She has previously worked in the bookkeeping department for Sundance but has been promoted to the Fort Walton Beach property manager.


Office Manager - Tricia

Tricia was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After Graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School she earned her Associates Degree in Business Management. Her extensive work experience in Office Management includes three years as a Real Estate Assistant, one year as a Real Estate Salesperson, three years as Bookkeeper and Collection Manager for a local Paint Company, and three years as Office Manager for a local Office Products Company, and currently - three years as Office Manager for Sundance Rental Management.

Office Assistant- Bridget

Bridget was born and raised outside of Buffalo NY. She moved to Fort Walton Beach after attending College at GCC in Batavia, NY for Travel & Tourism. Her extensive work experience includes three years as a Front Desk Manager of a 205 unit Condominium, one Year as a Rental Manager for 9 apartment complex’s and currently one year as the Executive Assistant for Sundance Rental Management.

Maintenance Supervisor/ Commercial Manager- Rick

Rick has been a resident of Fort Walton Beach for over 20 years. He has been with Sundance for the past six years as the Maintenance Supervisor. Rick is currently working towards obtaining his real estate license and becoming the Commerical Property Manager for the company.
